Starting Monday, September 20th, RO Live Chat will have additional hours of operation. The RO Live Chat feature is available at https://registrar.cofc.edu/ro-live-chat/. RO Live Chat is available during the following hours:
- Mondays: 3:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Tuesdays: 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Wednesdays: 3:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Thursdays: 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Fridays: 1:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Please note: RO Live Chat will not be available on days when the College is closed.
Our quick question chat feature is available Monday – Friday from 11:00 am – 4:00 pm by visiting RO Live Chat or look for the maroon pop-up bar in the lower right hand corner of our main web page. Please do not share passwords, CWID, SSN, or other protected information in chat.
