The Registrar’s Office will be closed to in-person traffic on Monday, August 9 and Tuesday, August 10, 2021 from 8:30 am to 10:00 am and 3:00pm – 5:00pm both days. The lobby will be open to in-person traffic from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm both days.

Course registration for fall 2021 courses during June, July, and August has limited availability due to New Student Orientation sessions. After June 13, 2021, registration availability is as follows:
- June 30th – July 7th
- July 24 – Drop/Add deadline (August 26th for Express I and August 30th for full semester courses)
In order to assist our incoming students, registration will be closed on December 16 and 17, 2020 and again on January 7, 2021 for New Student Orientation. Continuing students, please plan your registration activity accordingly.
The Office of the Registrar and Transfer Resource Center will be closed for Thanksgiving beginning at 2:00pm Wednesday, November 27. Both offices will reopen at 8:30am on Monday, December 2, 2019.
The Office of the Registrar and Transfer Resource Center will be closed from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. on Wednesday, November 13 to attend the FERPA Seminar with LeRoy Rooker.
This Saturday, Credentials Solutions, the authorized transcript ordering service for the College of Charleston, will be undergoing routine hardware and software upgrades. As a result, all transcript ordering services will be unavailable from 3:00 a.m. until approximately 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on June 8. Please plan accordingly to ensure that your transcript order will not be delayed.
The Office of the Registrar hopes you are having an enjoyable and productive summer so far! Here are some important dates to keep in mind for the rest of the summer:
- Tuesday, June 4: Summer I classes begin
- Thursday, July 4: Independence Day (College closed)
- Friday, July 5: Last day for undergraduate students to submit incomplete coursework to faculty for Spring 2019 courses.
- Monday, July 8: Summer II classes begin
- Friday, July 12: Undergraduate missing and incomplete grades for Spring 2019 courses roll to F.
- Tuesday, August 20: Fall classes begin
