Effective 3/19/20, the Office of the Registrar (RO) and Transfer Resource Center (TRC) is making an exception as to how paper forms that require advisor/instructor/Chair signature will be accepted by our offices.
Students should complete their portion of the form and email it to the appropriate individual/Department via their college-issued email account. The form attachments may be a scanned document or clear photo. Approvers should provide us with their decision by forwarding the attachment to the RO or TRC and indicating approval or denial of the request.
This exception will remain in effect until further notice.
