For my blog post this week the assimet was based on NEUKÖLLN UNLIMITED. Which is one of the newer movies that we have begun watching. The movie is about three Lebanese siblings, Hassan, Lial and Maradona and their daily lives in NEUKÖLLN  which is a part of Berlin. Later on in the movie we see  Maradona  get into lots of trouble and even get suspended from school but we see  Maradona sign up for a dance competition with the chance to win a life changing amount of money. All the three brothers are really good dancers and the two stills I showed work perfectly with the German breakdance music I picked for the blog post. The first picture shows two of the brothers on the couch but you can see there in the movement of standing up and for me I believed it was the other side of the dance competition because they are standing up and pointing just like they are watching Maradona go. For the second still it is Maradona competition with his feet in the air and one arm holding him up while he is doing a very cool dance movie. I picked the German breakdance music because I feel like it’s the most authentic and works really well with the stills. Dance is “the silent revolution” that is changing there lives.
