Here are the students who are collaborating with me in my lab.

Levi Moyer is a student in the Honors College Class of 2024. He is majoring in Psychology and minoring in Chemistry. He is currently working on exploring ways to mitigate hiring discrimination against autistic individuals. Outside the lab, he loves to bird watch, hike, fish, play basketball, work out, and act. He was in the Department of Theater and Dance’s production of “Everybody” and the Center Stage Musical, “Firebringer.” He is the membership chair for the Mortar Board National Senior Honor Society and is a Senior Student Senator. He is also in the collegiate Acapella group, The Charleston Vibes. Levi is hoping to attend medical school with the HPSP Scholarship to become a Physician in the US Army.

Rachel Kaup is a recent graduate of the College of Charleston who earned a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in International Studies. She collaborated on a project examining neurodiversity in the workplace as well an investigation on ways to improve the memory of adults with Down syndrome. Outside of the lab, Rachel was a supplemental instructor for Behavioral Neuroscience, and she collaborated with Dr. Chelsea Reid on project exploring relationship nostalgia. Rachel also conducted research on substance use at MUSC and served as the Psychology department’s HSS Ambassador. She plans to pursue a graduate degree in psychology, and outside the lab she enjoys travel, cooking, and live concerts.
