Assignment
Now that you have finalized the first version of your Product Backlog in Trello, also create a Sprint Backlog for the current Spring, which ends this coming Monday, Sep. 25. For each item, include
- a value statement (i.e., why is this important to do, from the mentor’s perspective – if possible),
- an assignment of effort (use Fibonacci values, as presented in class), and
- a list of acceptance criteria (a thorough checklist that defines when we can declare this item “Done!”).
Submission
- Create a PDF printout of your Sprint Backlog – for instructions, see here. Make sure we can see all the details, i.e., individual cards (you may have to print those individually). Again, the goal is to capture all the details in the current Sprint Backlog.
- Upload the PDF (or PDFs) on OAKS – under Homework #2.
Grading
Your grade will be based on how well you follow these instructions and the depth/quality of your work.
