The American Council of the Teachers of Foreign Languages (ACTFL) has confirmed Professor Claudia Moran’s official certification as an Oral Proficiency Full Tester in Spanish.  She and Dr. Joseph Weyers are now the only two faculty members on the CofC campus with this certification.
