Dr. Kristen Gentile presented aspects of her recent research (Demeter’s Foods: Curing Infertility in Hippocratic Gynecology) at the 142^nd meeting of the American Philological Association on January 9.  Her work, crossing the boundaries of religion, women’s studies, and medicine, brings a unique insight into the ancient world.
