This intensive two and a half week program examines the way in which Brazil’s historical background has contributed to the rich regional diversity of Brazilian people and society. Guided study tours to museums, cultural centers, historical sites and natural parks will be part of the two courses. Among other places, students may travel to the marvelous city of Rio de Janeiro, Capoeira City of Salvador, and to ecological paradises.
