Community Health Gap Year Fellowship & Internship Opportunities

Project Horseshoe Farm is offering a year long fellowship for recent graduates with an immersive health experience that prioritized service learning, relationship building, and leadership development.

The Opportunity: Work with health providers, teachers, community center and nursing home leaders, and other local service leaders, extending their capacity to provide relationship-focused care and support to those they serve.

Benefits:
