Impressive History Intern

We’d like to take a moment to recognize a particularly impressive student who recently completed an internship with the Historic Charleston Foundation. Kennedy Madison went above and beyond in her work for Leigh Moring, the Education Coordinator at the HCF. Leigh relayed the following to the History Department’s Internship Coordinator, Dr. Sandy Slater:

“Kennedy made student activities and produced and shot a whole video for me if you want to use this to show off her work! This will be so helpful for me to have for teachers to use in their classroom before visiting our museum houses. https://sites.google.com/view/hcfeducation/field-trips/pre-visit-activities/activities. She really was fantastic and do let me know for fall if you have any more awesome interns!”

Great work, Kennedy! This exceptional History major is graduating in December 2019.
