Simple Password Reset for your Cmail and Google Apps Accounts

Are you having trouble accessing your Google Apps or Cmail account? Did you know you can reset your password to be the same as your MyCharleston password?

Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Log into your MyCharleston account
  2. Go to the My Accounts tab
  3. Look for the link to Sync Your Google Apps Account Password
  4. Click on this link and follow the prompts. When the password has been changed, the screen will display a message that it was a success!
  5. Then try logging into your account again, using the same password you use for your MyCharleston account.

Note: These steps are only valid if you have logged into your Google Apps or Cmail account before. If you have never logged in, use the initial password provided when the account was created. Still having trouble? Contact Helpdesk at 843-953-3375 for assistance.
