I found it interesting that climate change impacts Greece more because it is an island. I also learned about my company Polyeco and their unique art initiative in order to raise awareness on waste management

Last night we had a beautiful dinner overlooking the parthenon and we had a great time. I could not find any photos of the night but My favorite dish was the lamb with lemon and the Saganaki which I first had in 2009 back in Detroit. It was a great experience to have with even better people

Something new I learned in our readings was that Greece was so concerned with climate change due to the fact it is in an island environment. One fun thing from our tour yesterday was swimming in Poseidons pool that was cool.
