Student Health Services has announced another H1N1 Live Nasal Spray Clinic. If you qualify for the Live Nasal Spray Vaccine, it would be an excellent time to take advantage of this opportunity before the holiday travel season is in full swing. Here are the details:
Students & Colleagues,
We will be administering H1N1 live nasal vaccine:
Stern Center Lobby
Monday, November 23rd
11 am – 2 pm
Please keep in mind this live vaccine is for those individuals who are no older than 49 years and who do not have chronic medical conditions. If you are in doubt about which vaccine you should get, please email me. The H1N1 vaccine is free to all students, faculty and staff.
Additionally, we have temporarily depleted our limited supply of the H1N1 injectable vaccine which we had been giving to those at high risk for complications of this virus. Many of you who sent an email to self-identify yourself as high risk, have not been contacted, but will be a priority with the next shipment. Thank you for your patience.
Seasonal flu vaccine is still available please call Student Health Services for an appointment (843-953-5520).
Again thanks go out to all of our colleagues and students who have helped in this important campaign.
