Finals Survival Week: Day 3

Guess what day it is?

It’s Hump Day, which means Finals Week is HALFWAY over!
Hopefully, you’ve been able to keep your mental and physical energy up using our tips from Monday and Tuesday.

In keeping with this theme, our tip for today is about resting. You’ve made it this far through the week, but finals week is a marathon, and you don’t sprint to the finish in a marathon.

Although most students scoff at the suggestion, getting a reasonable amount of sleep is essential in maintaining mental acuity. Carve out 15-20 minutes to take a power nap. Studies show that 20 minutes is the optimal amount of time for boosting alertness and energy!
