Ever thought about further graduate studies in Europe? Professor Donald Sparks will present important information about masters and PhD opportunities in the European Union on Wednesday, April 3, at 4:00pm in Hawkins Living-Learning Center (in the Honors College Residence Hall). Dr. Sparks is the Director of the Office of Fellowships at the Citadel, a three time Fulbright Scholar and is a professor of international business and law at the Management Center Innsbruck (Austria). He will be happy answer your questions about graduate programs in the EU and how to find financing. The language of instruction at many EU doctoral institutions is English, so fluency in a European language is often not required.
