Master’s candidates who intend to complete their degree prior to 31 August 2013, as well as individuals who earned their degree within the last two years, are invited to consider applying to the Presidential Management Fellows (PMF) Program. As a PMF, Fellows from all industries are prepared to begin their service with the Federal workforce. Under the guidance of a senior-level mentor, Fellows will build the foundation of their career in government. In addition to the 160 hours of formal classroom training on leadership, management, and policy, Fellows are employed in a full-time position with Federal benefits starting at the GS-9 for two years. The potential for promotion to the GS-13 is also available during the program.
