Mon – Safe Zone will be presenting “Safe Zone 101” at 5pm in Stern 409. Come find out what Safe Zone is about and what completing a SZ workshop can do for you as an ally.
Tues – Safe Zone will be presenting the documentary “Fagbug” at 5pm in Stern 409. Popcorn and drinks will be provided. Both SZ events are part of CofC’s Diversity Week. Announcements for both events are attached.
Wed – Don’t forget about GOA’s exhibit on LGBT History Month going on all day (9am – 4pm) in the Stern lobby.
Thurs – We Are Family is holding the second annual “It Gets Better, Charleston” candle light vigil from 6:30-9:30pm at the CofC Multicultural Center (next to the library). The event will include speakers, music, a candlelit ceremony, and a viewing of the documentary “Out in the Silence.”
