What is Trans formative Management?
The topic of “Trans formative Management” is quite the focus up here at Marist Graduate School of Management at the present moment. Actually the term is central to both in my Graduate Class on Nonprofit Management and my other classes in Management of Public Organizations, as well as my class in Organizational Change. The term transitions into “Transactional and Trans formative Leadership” in my other class on “Politics & Policy”. In any case it should prove to be an interesting topic and I’m sure we have a great deal of fun with it! I apply it to my new book: “How to create, manage and Lead a Nonprofit Organization”…due out this spring.’
