Imagine walking into the Cistern Yard one evening with a live band playing. It’s springtime in Charleston, and the weather is just cool enough to keep away the humidity. You pass by a table full of heavy hors d’oeuvres to dance atop the cistern, while others mingle beneath grand white tents. The end of the semester is near, and you worked hard these last four months. This is your time to relax. It is also your time to shine.
Each spring, the College of Charleston Alumni Association honors the next graduating class of students at “A Charleston Affair.” The tradition continues this year with music by The Plainfield Project and catering by Jim n’ Nick’s. Join us at this event under The Graduate School tent as we celebrate the accomplishments of our students.
