Students participating in the December 19, 2009 Commencement ceremony may pick up their tickets for the ceremony beginning Tuesday, December 1, 2009.
Please be aware of the fact that ALL GUESTS MUST HAVE A TICKET in order to enter the Carolina First Arena for the ceremony.
Each graduate will be allowed 10 tickets. If the Graduate School has extra tickets leftover, an email will be sent to participants who have requested extra tickets a few days before graduation.
You will have to provide a picture ID and your CWID in order to pick up your tickets. You may only pick up your own tickets.
Students may pick up their tickets from 9:00-5:00 M-F in the Graduate School Office, located at 310 Randolph Hall. There will be a Graduate School Late Night on Thursday, December 17, 2009 from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM for students who cannot pick up tickets during normal business hours. If you cannot pick up your tickets during normal business hours, please make plans to pick them up at this time.
All tickets must be picked up by 5:00PM, Friday, December 18.
