6:00 PM at Addlestone Library 227.  There will be a panel of faculty there to talk about MFA (Dr. Tony Varallo), MA (Dr. Tim Carens, Graduate Director of English at CofC), Ph.D. (Dr. William Russell), and graduate-level Certificate programs in Writing (Dr. Amy Mecklenburg-Faenger).  Open to all English majors, minors, and interested parties. Friday, March 22: Writer, poet, playwright and activist Sonia Sanchez. Sanchez will read and discuss excerpts from her poems at 6:00 PM in the McKinley Washington Auditorium at the Avery Research Center, located on the College of Charleston’s campus (125 Bull Street).
