More good news from our alum, Dan Colella (’20)
Dan Colella (’20), former Film Studies minor and President of the Student Film Club, had his graduate short film Refraction screen at one of the most iconic and historic movie theaters in Hollywood history, the TLC Chinese Theatre (originally known as Grauman’s Chinese Theatre, which opened in 1927). You know, the one with all the celebrity handprints, footprints, and autographs in the front? The screening of Refraction was part of the Silicon Beach Film Festival, which ran from October 1-7.
Dan is currently in post-production on his 2nd-year film at the School of Film & Television at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. It is a documentary that he has been developing for about three years. We expect it will have the same success as Refraction (or more!). Cheers, Dan!
