UPDATE: Julie Dash screening of The Rosa Parks Story has been rescheduled.
The African American Studies Program, along with the Avery Research Center, has rescheduled its screening of The Rosa Parks Story (2002) due to inclement weather. Originally scheduled for tonight, the screening will now be Wednesday, February 26 in McKinley Washington Auditorium, Avery Research Center (125 Bull St.) at 6:00pm. The program will be hosted by the director, and Visiting Professor at the College of Charleston, the acclaimed filmmaker Julie Dash. Movie snacks will be provided.
