I have decided to make the final project conferences “possibly, not necessarily required” which means

1.  if your proposal is very strong and I don’t have major questions about it, I will not require you to meet with me, but I welcome the opportunity to meet if you want to–even the best-conceived projects can benefit from conversation and feedback
2. if your proposed project needs further clarification or has some difficulties that I can see, I will require a meeting so that we can iron things out.

I will be giving you all feedback on your proposals and you should know where you stands, no later than Tuesday (4/5) night.
