Heritage Trust Federal Credit Union is seeking an enthusiastic team player to join its team as an intern in our Marketing/Public Relations division. Our program will offer you with a professional learning experience by providing candidates with objectives in major areas of interest through key responsibilities outlined below:

Learning Objectives:

  • Intern will be provided with the tools necessary to cultivate and promote relationships with area businesses, organizations and associations.
  • Through this program, the intern will be taught how to create a social media calendar, plan and staff off-site events, and be provided the tools to problem solve challenges encountered.

Intern Responsibilities:

  • Administration of CRM database
  • Planning and coordinating onsite visits
  • Researching news for internal employee portal
  • Coordinating branch staffing for key events
  • Attending onsite visits with business relationships
  • Creating and scheduling content for social media channels
  • Assist with digital media placement

Applicant Requirements:

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good communication skills
  • Organized
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Sound decision making
  • Self-motivated
  • Adaptable
