Dr. Timothy Johnson, Classics Department
Dr. Johnson’s scholarly pursuits include Augustan literature and the Latin Poets Horace and Ovid. He is the Chair of the Classics Department at the College of Charleston
Dr. Alvaro Ibarra, Art History Department
Dr. Ibarra specializes in the art and archaeology of ancient Rome. His research considers the material remains of the Roman frontier.
Dr. Noelle Zeiner-Carmichael, Classics Department
Dr. Zeiner-Carmichael is Associate Professor of Classics. Her research and teaching interests focus on Roman imperial authors, ancient letters and letter-writing, and Roman material culture.
