Hi! My name is Reagan, I am a Junior at the College of Charleston majoring in Marketing. This semester, I am studying in an exchange program at EDHEC Business School in Nice, France. I chose this program for a few reasons. The most important reason was the courses offered at EDHEC. Based on their course offerings, I felt confident that I could continue progressing through my Marketing major while studying in a new environment. I also chose this program because of the location of EDHEC. The city of Nice is just one amazing part of the Cote d’Azur region of France. I had never been to this area of France before but I had read about it and I knew that this region had a lot to offer. My favorite part about traveling anywhere is food, so I did a lot of research into French cuisine before leaving the states. I learned that Nice itself, as well as the Cote d’Azur region, has its own unique cuisine that includes lots of mediterranean flavors and seafood. After doing my French food research, I made a goal to try a sort of daunting French dish called “Foie Gras” before going back to the States. Wish me luck!
