I chose this program because it is an immersion-based program with emphasis in the Spanish language. 

Some goals I have set for myself are to prioritize learning from others and pushing myself to speak the language as much as I can 

I have done lots of research and I love Spain. My dream has always been to spend as much time as possible here. This program accomplishes that as well as obtaining credits that go towards my major. Spain is a beautiful, culturally rich country that is full of history and different ways of life. Trujillo in particular is a small town outside of Madrid in the autonomous region of Extremadura. Slightly sleepy but truly wonderful. I didn’t know anything about the town before coming but have learned so much from my time here thus far.
