Introduction:

• Julia Thompson, Communication Major, Senior, CofC Lead program with CEA (Florence, Italy)
• I chose this program because it was an incredible opportunity to finish my major in an amazing place.
• By the end of my abroad experience, I hope to have traveled all throughout Italy, as well as more parts of Europe. One big goal is to travel to Paris for a weekend.
• I tried to familiarize myself with the cultural normalities in Italy that would affect my day-to-day life like how to order a coffee, how to call a taxi, and basic greetings.
