Weightlifting Competition Event Annoucements
The CRS Weightlifting Competition is slated to be held on Saturday, March 29th. The three events will be the squat, bench press, and farmers walk. For the two lifting events, it will likely be a best of three attempts. The farmers walk will likely be calculated for distance traveled.
The competition is open to all genders with a men and women’s division. Additionally, there will be several different winners. There will be on overall winner comprised of the highest absolute total score of the three event as well as a relative winner (based on body weight) for the total score of the three events. We will also have an overall absolute winner for each event as well as relative (body weight determined) winner.

CRS Welcomes Men’s Volleyball to Sport Club Family!
After working hard during the Fall 2013 semester to get other C of C students involved, Tyler Perini was able to put together enough people to start a Men’s Club Volleyball team. They are now an active Sport Club and every male C of C student is welcome to join! All skill levels are welcome, no experience needed!
Join them for practice on Sundays from 5:00PM to 6:30PM at the Johnson Center Gym on the corner of George St. and Meeting St.

George Street Fitness Center Weightlifting Competition
The George Street Fitness Center is planning to hold the College’s weightlifting competition Saturday, March 29th. Additional details are still in the works, but the likely three events are bench press, squat, and farmer’s walk.
