My posts have gotten pretty boring. Tomorrow is my birthday, so perhaps that will inspire me to write something more interesting. I continue to practice some form of mindfulness (almost) every day, usually including a body scan and a 10-20 minute meditation. I often do a 5 minute breathing space before bed, but this doesn’t seem to have much impact on the quality of my sleep. I have done yoga only a few times since the beginning of the semester, but I am hoping to improve on that.

I am grateful for the resources to get myself a cup of coffee before I start my work day. I have the time and money to invest in a good cup of coffee!
