The Virtual Production Lab welcomes collaborations with CofC colleagues from across the College and the Charleston community.

The Virtual Production Lab hosted Erin Leigh and her dance students while they filmed video that was projected behind the dance stage for the Theatre Department’s production of Out of Control (Oct. 23-26, 2014).  Click this link to watch a CofC-produced video feature about this collaboration.

The lab has on multiple occasions hosted students from Dr. Kathy Kaufmann’s French classes to help them film green-screen videos for class projects.

The lab also welcomed Jack Wolfe from the College’s Teaching, Learning, and Technology group who experimented with virtual reality production using the lab’s HTC Vive VR system.

Dr. Bares has on several occasions visited Dr. Ian O’Bryne’s Educational Technology class to give lessons on how algorithmic thinking can be incorporated into K-12 education.
