(2) What values or lessons are encoded in the chosen myth? (3) And how does the way in which the story is relayed—its sequencing or sense of order, its emphasis on ritual, its power dynamics, the role it assigns to gender or family, its investment in the non-human world—support or contradict those values or lessons.
