Hi travelers! Sorrento was a whirlwind mix of stress and fun. From squeezing into a rowboat to enter the gorgeous Blue Grotto to sleeping in a trailer park, one thing was for sure: there is never a dull moment in Sorrento. Traveling can be difficult, and I’m here to help you learn from my mistakes! While there was adventure around every corner, navigating the train system proved to be a challenge. Be sure to book your tickets beforehand. Having a plan is the best thing you can do when traveling. After missing multiple trains and getting stranded an hour before we had to be at our train station, we learned it’s best to take the time to gather an understanding of our destination. Despite the chaos, we made it work. We traveled from Rome to Sorrento to Capri and back to Sorrento- all in 3 days. Enjoy this guide to Sorrento, and use it as you must. Ciao!
